Welcome to Enque. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Enque platform (the “Service"), a transparent, code-driven queueing engine.
To provide our queueing services, we collect the following types of information:
Note: We do not collect sensitive health information or diagnostic data, even when Enque is used for medical or screening queues. We only collect the generic identifiers required to manage your place in line.
The identifiers and queue activity data you submit to a specific queue (Session) are visible to the officials/administrators who created and manage that queue. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Your data is stored securely on managed cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile settings within your dashboard or request an account deletion to permanently remove your data from our active systems.
